For a total immersion in the world of biofood in the region, start this gourmet day at Fromagerie La Station, located directly on the farm. Organic cheeses are made there with raw milk or thermized cow's milk. While you’re there, take the opportunity to visit their farmhouse cheese economuseum or take a guided tour by reservation. Whether it's after a day outdoors, or simply to satisfy the beer fan in you, take advantage of your visit to the Valley to taste the local beers brewed there. First stop at the Hop Station Microbrewery, located in a former train station. Their objective: to highlight the terroir of the region and to promote the art and local and underground music scene. Enjoy their beers on the terrace on sunny days, or indoors in the unique setting of this historic building. Second stop, the Microbrasserie Coaticook. You will find craft beers and a bistro menu to snack on. More than a dozen beers brewed on site to enjoy in the pub, on the terrace or available in cans to take out.
