Bike on the L’Estriade network of trails

L’Estriade is a network of approximately 97 km of safe, low-grade trails to enjoy during your cycling getaways. While you’re at it, take time to admire the sixty or so monumental artworks that make up Artria, an open-air museum. Need some help or wish to refill your water bottle? Fièrement Vélo! is a network of some 60 businesses that can offer general information on the cycling network, and fill up your water bottle. These businesses also have an emergency repair kit on hand in order to secure or repair a bicycle on the spot.

In and around Granby, you’ll find some 50 shops and producers to plan your own food tour, such as vineyards, microbreweries, distilleries, orchards, gourmet boutiques, U-pick farms and more, where you can stop by for a while to sample an array of local flavours! Feel like having a picnic? Visit Marché public de Granby et région, Granby’s downtown farmer’s market, which will be held every Saturday from May to November. Have fun at Zoo de Granby

The Zoo de Granby is a major tourist attraction and zoological garden in Quebec, with trails allowing visitors to observe over 1,225 animals from about 225 exotic species, among which are elephants, giraffes, gorillas and tigers. Various paths will transport the whole family to the faraway continents of Africa, South America, Asia and Oceania. Guests can attend 20 presentations or so by zookeepers and educators. And make sure to bring your bathing suit! At the Amazoo water park, the whole family will enjoy a refreshing and extraordinary experience in a setting inspired by an Amazon village. Palm trees, waves, beach... There’s nothing like it!
