Discover local flavours at the Maître Renard Microbrewery

Opened in 2021, Maître Renard is the very first microbrewery in the region. What sets its beers apart, in addition to them being brewed locally, is that they are prepared with products from the region’s own boreal forest. Most recently, this microbrewery won the bronze medal in the "Canadian-Style Beer" category at the Canada Beer Cup with the “Renard Brun”, a maple-scented brown ale. Learn more during a guided tour of the facilities, where one of the brewers will explain the brewing process and offer tastings of some of the beers.
